The very first thing that we will focus on here is learning to compete and strengthen our mental game.  People often talk about the mental game being important, some people even say its 90% of the game. But so few players and coaches ever work on it or practice it. We have a very different approch, the mental game is a primary focus of our teaching and organization. 

Why are we here?  This lesson will break done the obvious question of what our purpose is @ Northern Colorado Baseball. In addition to that, we will also take a look into the motivation drives everyone involved with this organization, including you.
